Location: Hybrid, requires working from offices in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $240,000 - $270,000 USD (Annual OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions for Claude adoption.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery through deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver compelling technical content for various audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (C-suite, engineering, IT).
• Strong technical communication skills to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks/tools or machine learning/data science background.
