What you will do

• Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into pipeline health and team performance.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Own the configuration, management, and optimization of recruiting tools, including Ashby.
• Lead enablement efforts across the recruiting team by building documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent analytics, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling recruiting processes, reporting frameworks, and tooling infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience managing and customizing an ATS (experience with Ashby is a plus).
• A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools that leverage AI to support sourcing, scheduling, and recruiting workflows.
• Experience supporting diversity hiring initiatives through data, process design, or reporting.
• Background in enablement or instructional design to support training and documentation efforts for recruiting teams.
