What you will do

  • Serve as an administrator for hirify.global’s ATS (Ashby) and connected recruiting tools.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Participate in the Recruiting Operations support queue (Slack and Jira) to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training, and documentation for recruiting workflows.
  • Support offer and agreement processes in partnership with Legal, HR Ops, and Compensation.
  • Propose and implement improvements that make recruiting faster, more consistent, and more reliable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems, people technology, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, offers, and hiring data.
  • Ability to balance detailed system work with user support and enablement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global or multi-entity hiring.
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or highly regulated workflows.
  • Experience creating training and documentation for operational teams.
  • Experience working with analytics or downstream HR systems.
