TL;DR

Sales Team Lead / Regional Sales Manager (Traveltech): Leading and growing hirify.global’s commercial engine across Southern Italy with an accent on driving new host acquisition, scaling revenue, and portfolio performance. Focus on hiring, coaching, and developing a Bari-based team of 8, owning strategic opportunities, and improving processes through feedback loops.

Location: Bari, Italy. Hybrid work model: 4 days/week in office for the first 6 months, then 3 days/week. Relocation support to Italy possible.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Bari hub team (4 Sales Managers, 3 Account Managers, 1 Intern).
  • Drive new host acquisition and scale revenue across Southern Italy.
  • Coach the team through structured KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with hosts and local stakeholders.
  • Own business performance and prioritize opportunities to drive results.
  • Improve processes and influence product through feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and/or Account management.
  • Experience leading commercial teams (Sales/Account Management/Customer Success).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Structured, analytical approach (KPIs, forecasting, routines, coaching).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Italian (near-native) + English (fluent).
  • Bari-based from day 1 (Italy).

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring and developing commercial talent.
  • Experience in travel-tech, marketplaces, SaaS, or fast-growing environments.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and KPI dashboards (Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools).
