Location: Bari, Italy. Hybrid work model: 4 days/week in office for the first 6 months, then 3 days/week. Relocation support to Italy possible.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Bari hub team (4 Sales Managers, 3 Account Managers, 1 Intern).
- Drive new host acquisition and scale revenue across Southern Italy.
- Coach the team through structured KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with hosts and local stakeholders.
- Own business performance and prioritize opportunities to drive results.
- Improve processes and influence product through feedback loops.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales and/or Account management.
- Experience leading commercial teams (Sales/Account Management/Customer Success).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Structured, analytical approach (KPIs, forecasting, routines, coaching).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Italian (near-native) + English (fluent).
- Bari-based from day 1 (Italy).
Nice to have
- Experience hiring and developing commercial talent.
- Experience in travel-tech, marketplaces, SaaS, or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with CRMs and KPI dashboards (Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools).
