Salary: $130,411 - $164,825

What you will do

• Build and document a foundational Figma component library and creative system for scalable asset production, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Design repeatable Figma-based production workflows to efficiently generate high-volume, multi-format, multi-language assets.
• Identify high-volume production bottlenecks and implement responsible AI and batch-processing solutions to improve production velocity.
• Establish clear documentation, training guides, and quality standards for seamless handoffs between creative and operational partners.
• Define and track key performance metrics to ensure the creative operating system drives tangible business value.
• Maintain expertise in Figma and Creative Cloud, exploring emerging AI tools to empower teams to deliver high-quality marketing at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design systems roles with deep mastery of Figma component architecture, auto-layout, and scalable asset production.
• Experience building creative workflows that scale output through templates, workflow automation, and the thoughtful use of AI tools.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools that streamline creative production (e.g., localization plugins, data-merge workflows, or Creative Cloud integrations).
• Demonstrates expertise in applying AI tools to scale creative production, including the ability to define structured prompts and reference inputs.
• Experience translating brand guidelines into repeatable systems that both designers and non-experts can apply.
• Comfortable building documentation, onboarding materials, and training modules.

• Familiarity and comfort with agents, coding, and AI tools to facilitate collaboration with other technical teams.
