TL;DR

Event and Field Marketing Manager: Planning and executing B2B event and field marketing programs across EMEA North with an accent on driving pipeline contribution and maximizing conversion. Focus on end-to-end program execution, budget management, and data-driven performance reporting.

Location: This role is available to anyone based in Finland, Poland, Netherlands, or the UK. While a hybrid working model is offered, applicants must have the right to work in the UK. hirify.global has an office in London.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and trade shows across EMEA North.
  • Partner with Sales and Alliances to build field programs for priority accounts.
  • Align regional plans to ABM plays and global campaigns to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including targeting, invitations, registrations, and post-event conversion.
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, speakers, and production to ensure consistent quality across countries.
  • Own budget management, forecasting, and procurement across the regional event and field plan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing and field marketing experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor leadership across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and marketing automation (Marketo or Eloqua).
  • A data-driven approach to planning, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hyperscaler or partner co-marketing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM).
  • Experience in cloud, data, AI, security, or managed services.
