What you will do
- Identify upsell opportunities to deliver new ARR within existing accounts.
- Manage complex sales cycles using sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Build consultative relationships with clients to understand their goals and position hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers to align on client needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively manage and forecast a pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in delivering revenue through upselling in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience using sales frameworks, such as the MEDDPICC framework.
- Experience in new business acquisition and managing existing accounts is preferred.
- Ability to forecast accurately, analyze performance, and hit targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with Customer Success and Renewal teams.
- Exceptional ability to uncover clients’ pain points and align their needs with product offerings.
