What you will do

• Coordinate territory planning and execute marketing plans with sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns across various channels.
• Manage all aspects of event coordination, including strategy, messaging, and logistics.
• Elevate hirify.global brand awareness by executing in-region marketing campaigns.
• Research industry events and evaluate sponsorship opportunities.
• Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, sharing results and recommendations.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience owning marketing plans for Germany and other Central EMEA regions.
• Proven experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs.
• Must be located in Germany.
• Ability to travel is required.
