What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM for GTM teams and other departments.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver top talent into the business.
  • Qualify candidates against company, role, and team culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers, building trust and providing market insights and advice.
  • Work as part of a global TA team, contributing to important reporting metrics and improving recruitment processes.
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience, representing the company culture from the first contact.

Requirements

  • Previous experience hiring for GTM teams in an in-house recruitment role.
  • Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
  • Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail when working with the ATS.
  • A passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience.
  • Excellent communications skills in English.
