What you will do

  • Proactively source and engage top technology talent across all levels using innovative search strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring teams.
  • Negotiate competitive offers for candidates from mid to senior experience levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and People & Culture colleagues to drive attraction efforts.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interview techniques.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews with a balanced approach of care and curiosity.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken is essential).
  • Proven experience as a technology recruiter with a background in building talent pipelines and networks.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting in Europe and direct sourcing for candidates.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled interviewer with a passion for understanding human behaviour through competency-based recruitment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working within recruitment.
