Recruiter Working Student (HRM): Supporting the recruitment team in finding top talent across Europe, focusing on active sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment initiatives. Focus on collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements, innovating recruitment processes, and engaging with potential candidates through various channels.

Location: Must be based in one of Picnic's operating countries in Europe to support office-based events and collaboration. Travel costs can also be reimbursed, depending on your location.

Salary: €16.75 gross hourly wage.

What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand specific job requirements.
• Actively source potential candidates using LinkedIn Search and other techniques.
• Support the team in developing creative strategies for building talent pipelines.
• Provide input and fresh ideas to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment events, such as the annual Business Course for Analysts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Prior internship or working student experience in active sourcing or recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German/French.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 16-20 hours a week.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
