What you will do
- Create engaging content for Instagram to showcase hirify.global's work culture.
- Identify social media trends and experiment with new content formats.
- Support university partnerships and connect with students across Europe.
- Organize recruiting events and campus activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Reply to Kununu & Glassdoor reviews and translate feedback into action.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university (ideally for at least the next 1.5 years).
- First experience in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or Event Management.
- Strong interest in Employer Branding, storytelling, and social media.
- Proactive, structured, and open to sharing ideas.
- Strong communication skills in English.
