What you will do

• Build relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, arranging onsite and virtual meetings.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals and budget.
• Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Source active and passive candidates from various channels for diverse roles across EMEA.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting for top talent, ideally in hyper-growth technology companies.
• Business fluent German and English are mandatory.
• Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles including Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Support, and Tech.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jobvite or similar applicant tracking systems.
