Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch Picnic’s mission.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
