What you will do

• Own and execute the global Early Careers strategy and roadmap.
• Build and promote the "Young hirify.globaln" employer brand to attract top junior talent.
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities and tech hubs; represent the company at events and fairs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internships and entry-level GTM roles.
• Transform the Berlin office into a community hub with workshops and networking events.
• Use data and market insights to advise leadership on junior role structuring and retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Proven experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Strong event management and employer branding skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to design and execute solutions independently.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of GTM roles and early career talent needs.
