What you will do

• Take ownership of the entire hiring process from initial outreach to final offer.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
• Find and attract top talent using creative sourcing strategies.
• Launch new initiatives like traineeships and spotlight campaigns to enhance hiring.
• Create engaging and smooth candidate experiences at every step.
• Use data to track what works and improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 0 - 4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French is a big plus.
• Hands-on, get-it-done mentality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence hiring decisions.
• Comfortable with the unknown and eager to grow fast.
