Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara

Salary: $200,000 to $250,000

What you will do

  • Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products and services and market awareness.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise customers through partnership and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that connect customer objectives with hirify.global’s mission.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders, embedding hirify.global into their hiring and workforce planning.
  • Lead internal and customer teams, resolving blockers, and accelerating time-to-value.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, health metrics, and growth pipelines while ensuring seamless handoffs and transparent reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS enterprise account management experience.
  • Experience building trust and credibility with Fortune 500 customers, becoming a long-term advisor.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to simplify complex ideas and engage confidently across audiences.
  • Expert in combining product mastery with a keen sense of business impact.
  • Highly organized and outcome-driven, able to manage multiple enterprise accounts with precision.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HR tech or developer ecosystems, especially within enterprise-scale organizations.
  • A background in driving multi-product adoption or leading high-growth, customer-centric initiatives.
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional complexity to align internal teams and deliver unified customer outcomes.
