Location: Remote (US) - Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Act as a key representative and evangelist for hirify.global at DrupalCamps and DrupalCons.
• Partner with Product Management to execute Go-to-Market strategies aimed at increasing AI tools adoption.
• Monitor Drupal core and "Starshot" roadmaps, planning marketing advocacy around key releases.
• Research, write, and produce high-impact technical content, including deep-dive blogs and guides.
• Create and maintain a library of demo videos and technical walkthroughs for Drupal Cloud.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Marketing team to fuel lead generation with high-quality content.

Requirements

• Deep Drupal expertise, understanding its hooks, architecture, and community dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration into CMS workflows.
• Proven ability to manage complex launch timelines and coordinate cross-functional advocacy.
• Experience creating a portfolio of technical marketing assets (blogs, videos, guides).
• Comfortable and charismatic with public speaking at tech conferences or webinars.
• Strategic mindset to map technical features to business value and drive migrations/adoptions.

Nice to have

• Active contributions to Drupal.org (code, documentation, or community organizing).
• Experience with hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Background in technical sales or solutions architecture.
