What you will do

• Drive customer acquisition and engagement by shaping how hirify.global shows up in the market.
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s messaging and positioning for executives, recruiters, and talent leaders.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns to address broader buyer needs and market moments.
• Partner with Sales to build enablement materials and establish feedback loops.
• Work closely with Product Management to bring new features and improvements to market.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the market and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning messaging, positioning, and go-to-market work in fast-moving environments; startup experience strongly preferred.
• Experience owning product launches end-to-end, from defining the narrative and GTM strategy to guiding execution.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and how product, content, and channels drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
• Proficient writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• A self-directed, builder mindset with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech and/or marketing to talent, people, or recruiting leaders.
