TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Associate (AI): Supporting client engagements and driving adoption of hirify.global's AI-powered platform within the UK public sector and NATO with an accent on maintaining strong client relationships, product demonstrations, and usage assessments. Location: Based in London, UK. Requires ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%) and possess UK security clearance (or ability to obtain it).

What you will do

  • Be an expert on hirify.global’s First Alert platform and develop a deep understanding of publicly available information and social media analytics use cases.
  • Understand customer missions and operational processes to design and implement programs integrating hirify.global into their workflow.
  • Build and maintain strong and effective client relationships, acting as a thought partner.
  • Conduct quarterly customer reviews to ensure service and product quality, identify growth opportunities, and drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an advocate for customers by collecting feedback and articulating product recommendations for hirify.global product development.

Requirements

  • Experience working with or in the UK public sector and NATO, with knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 0-3 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills, a strong focus on client experience, and the ability to manage multiple competing projects.
  • Tech-savvy approach with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools; SaaS or other technology-related experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%) and possess the appropriate UK security clearance (or ability to obtain it).
