What you will do

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize key scheme partners.
• Collaborate with scheme partners to develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Lead negotiations with scheme partners to establish mutually beneficial commercial terms.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of scheme partners and foster strong relationships.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote hirify.global solutions within the scheme partner ecosystem.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheme partnerships and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field within the payments industry.
• Solid understanding of the payments landscape, with specific knowledge of card scheme regulations and partnership models (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of successful negotiation and deal closure.
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
