What you will do
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize key scheme partners.
- Collaborate with scheme partners to develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Lead negotiations with scheme partners to establish mutually beneficial commercial terms.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of scheme partners and foster strong relationships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote hirify.global solutions within the scheme partner ecosystem.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheme partnerships and identify areas for optimization.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field within the payments industry.
- Solid understanding of the payments landscape, with specific knowledge of card scheme regulations and partnership models (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of successful negotiation and deal closure.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
