What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, payment processors, and wallet solutions across the globe.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements that drive growth, adoption, and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for integrating new payment options into hirify.global’s platform.
- Educate and support hirify.global’s game developer and publisher partners in adopting crypto and stablecoin solutions.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and panels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of business development or partnerships experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, or blockchain-based payment platforms.
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, digital wallets, on/off-ramps, and regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
