What you will do

• Build and scale the Solutions Consulting function from the ground up to a world-class level.
• Lead sales conversations, translating complex finance and accounting workflows into clear product solutions.
• Conduct tailored product demos and own technical discovery to remove technical objections.
• Build proofs-of-concept and demo environments for different verticals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights.
• Create and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral to scale the Solutions function.

Requirements

• Exceptional accounting foundation: experience in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a tech/high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of accounting operations end-to-end (close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity, reporting, controls).
• Expertise in 1-2 complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation).
• Experience with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI).
• Comfortable in technical conversations: integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, architecture trade-offs.
• Ability to run demos and communicate clearly with both CFOs and engineers.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or QuickBooks Enterprise migrations.
• Familiarity with data transformation, ETL, modeling, or SQL.
• Experience designing API integrations or working with middleware tools.
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience building Solutions or Implementation teams.
