TL;DR

Solutions Sales Leader (Cloud Services): Leading and growing a sales team focused on driving cloud services revenue across Azure, AWS, and Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients. Focus on developing sales strategies, coaching high-performing teams, and achieving annual sales targets while understanding evolving cloud transformation goals.

Location: Hybrid, primarily based in the United States (NORAM region). Candidates residing in Hawaii cannot be considered. Travel estimated 30-35%.

Salary: $250,000–$325,000 USD (mix of base salary and bonus).

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of cloud services solution sellers for the North American (NORAM) region.
  • Achieve annual sales targets in Cloud Services, specifically across Azure, AWS, and Data & AI solutions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for cloud technology services.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and enablement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a coordinated, value-driven approach for customers.

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record in cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Data & AI).
  • Extensive experience in sales management roles, demonstrating the ability to build and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technology, including IaaS and SaaS models, and hands-on experience with cloud migration, data platforms, and AI services.
  • Expertise in Azure and AWS cloud services, including data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.
  • Structured approach to prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger Sale frameworks).
  • Must be based in the United States (NORAM region).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Microsoft and AWS field teams or partner ecosystems.
  • Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
