What you will do

• Own and build demo environments that illustrate the power of the hirify.global platform.
• Craft and deliver dynamic product demonstrations to prospects.
• Serve as the primary technical POC, bringing thought leadership to prospective customers.
• Help to close deals and drive new revenue.
• Play a critical role in defining technical sales strategy and developing collateral.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., sales engineering, solutions engineering).
• Proven track record of leading prospect demonstrations and POCs.
• Experience with APIs, a strong understanding of JSON, and proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex technical and business concepts.
• You are an action-oriented and organized self-starter, committed to excellence.
