What you will do
- Drive company-wide revenue performance for hirify.global’s Payments solutions, ensuring ARR growth and deal execution.
- Lead a high-performing team, building, hiring, and ensuring scalable sales execution.
- Act as an executive seller, leading strategic customer engagements and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Develop top-tier sales talent through coaching and preparing them for senior leadership roles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales and product leadership, shaping go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and address structural gaps to maximize revenue scale for Payments solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant market experience in Payments focused solutions.
- 3+ years of experience managing a revenue-driving team.
- Deep expertise and market knowledge in ACH, credit cards, payment risk, and money movement.
- Proven effective territory/account management, including opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, and deal negotiation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and C-suite relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders and thrive in a high-growth environment.
