TL;DR

Director of Strategic Accounts (SLED): Generating opportunities and positioning the hirify.global platform within assigned SLED territory and accounts with an accent on managing complex sales cycles and C-suite relationships. Focus on driving pipeline, exceeding quota, and leveraging partner networks to achieve rapid growth in the North Texas Local Government and Education sectors.

Location: Candidates must be based in the Dallas area.

Salary: $85,000–$255,000

What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Identify organizational, financial, and personal urgency to drive pipeline and conversion.
  • Nurture relationships within assigned territory, presenting to the C-suite.
  • Work with Partner and Marketing teams to support prospecting efforts.
  • Generate sales development activity for healthy pipeline management.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain SFDC hygiene.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling to North Texas Local Government and Education accounts.
  • Candidates must be based in the Dallas area.
  • Significant enterprise software sales experience closing large, complex software transactions.
  • Strong team mentality, managing and using virtual resources for large sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
