TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, performing product demonstrations, and partnering with internal resources to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers with an accent on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Location: Onsite in Boston, US. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $108,000–$126,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets within a defined geographic territory.
  • Perform product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating self-motivation.
  • Partner with internal resources to ensure prospective customers' needs are met.
  • Investigate client needs and industry trends to tailor sales approach effectively.
  • Apply curiosity to problem-solving and develop innovative solutions to meet client challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle, quota-carrying experience selling B2B applications.
  • History of quota over-achievement selling to a technical audience like IT operations, security, and/or DevOps teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to long-term relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation to reach and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional ability to ask probing questions, uncover client needs, and adapt strategies.

Nice to have

  • Contact network within the Big Data ecosystem.
  • SFDC experience.
