Location: Hybrid-remote role requiring at least 1 day a week in the Sunnyvale, CA office. This position is for U.S. candidates only, with locations mentioned in Sunnyvale, CA and Austin, TX.

Salary: $74,000 - $115,000 per year (with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package).

What you will do

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Coach sales representatives on strategies, techniques, and best practices for customer engagement.
  • Accurately forecast sales to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand pipeline, improve seller effectiveness, and increase close rates.
  • Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Channel Team to devise and execute account strategies and drive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience.
  • 1+ years of front-line sales management experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quota.
  • Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales, and supporting departments to drive sales execution.
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
