What you will do
- Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Coach sales representatives on strategies, techniques, and best practices for customer engagement.
- Accurately forecast sales to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand pipeline, improve seller effectiveness, and increase close rates.
- Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Channel Team to devise and execute account strategies and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience.
- 1+ years of front-line sales management experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quota.
- Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales, and supporting departments to drive sales execution.
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
