What you will do
- Drive consistent achievement of revenue targets through disciplined sales execution.
- Coach and develop a team of 10 Account Executives, building strong sales fundamentals.
- Own accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for North America.
- Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success on Go-To-Market strategy.
- Provide market feedback and support adoption of GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Account Executives in a velocity-driven SaaS sales environment.
- Strong coaching track record with demonstrable improvement in AE performance.
- Experience selling SaaS software with both new business and expansion revenue motions.
- Highly data-driven with strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
