Salary: $121,400–$161,800 USD per year

What you will do

• Assure competitive advantage through statistical analysis, machine learning, and monitoring reports.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into data questions.
• Build self-service reporting and data products for business stakeholders.
• Drive creation and adoption of predictive models for marketing campaign performance.
• Generate marketing reports, dashboards, and insights collaboratively.
• Maintain and enhance existing marketing reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or similar role within gaming, marketing, finance, or technology.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and/or PySpark for exploratory analyses.
• 4+ years of experience in data visualization and working with complex data.
• 2+ years of experience developing machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to visualize complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relations with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Work from Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan, New York State is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Game industry experience.
• Experience with marketing data and deliverables.
