Location: Remote, candidate must reside in the West Coast and within 50 miles of a major airport. States include California (excluding the Bay Area), Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois.
Salary: Base salary is $110K annually with a target annual compensation of $220K (including base salary and quarterly incentive compensation).

What you will do
- Work across a territory of strategic accounts while prospecting for new accounts that are a strong fit for hirify.global’s advertising solutions.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Partner with clients & agencies to develop a strategy utilizing hirify.global’s Audience Platform product.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s Account Management and the Customer Success teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale.
- Lead ad hoc projects focused on the strategic revenue growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5 + years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar Sales Targets.
- Experience closing deals worth $150,000 and more.
- Experienced communicator with proven track record of Executive outreach.
- Motivated and tenacious with an unwillingness to settle for anything less than your best!
- Able to Travel 25% of the time
