Location: Hybrid role based out of San Francisco, CA

Compensation Range: $410,000 – $450,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead a regional sales team to drive new strategic deals and expand existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, focusing on long-term customer value.
  • Foster collaboration across product, marketing, and solutions teams.
  • Mentor and coach high-performing sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends and iterate on strategies to unlock new growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales or go-to-market leadership.
  • Over 4 years of leadership experience leading an enterprise/strategic team.
  • Experience building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Ability to connect across functions and listen actively to diverse perspectives.
