Compensation Range: $410,000 – $450,000 (OTE)

- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, focusing on long-term customer value.
- Foster collaboration across product, marketing, and solutions teams.
- Mentor and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and iterate on strategies to unlock new growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales or go-to-market leadership.
- Over 4 years of leadership experience leading an enterprise/strategic team.
- Experience building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and a consultative, data-driven approach.
- Ability to connect across functions and listen actively to diverse perspectives.
