Salary: $400,000–$500,000 USD + Equity

What you will do
- Build and lead the Sales Industries organization.
- Define and own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key verticals.
- Cultivate and own C-suite relationships with the world’s most influential enterprises.
- Drive full-cycle revenue leadership across industries, from pipeline creation to multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Develop industry-specific narratives, playbooks, and thought leadership.
- Represent hirify.global externally at marquee industry events, executive forums, and regulatory engagements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior enterprise and industry-focused GTM leadership experience, including building and running large, multi-vertical commercial organizations.
- Deep credibility with C-suite buyers and a track record of closing complex, strategic, multi-year partnerships.
- Fluency in translating complex, first-of-its-kind technology into clear, sector-specific value propositions.
- Strong executive presence, strategic clarity, and operational rigor, with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Care deeply about deploying AI safely, responsibly, and in alignment with human and societal needs, especially in regulated industries.
- Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA, USA.
