TL;DR

Channel Sales Engineer (AI Security): Actively driving and managing the technical evaluation process with channel partners, acting as a primary technical advisor for Cato’s AI Security solutions. Focus on deep technical discussions, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) execution, and partner enablement in AI Security.

Location: Requires travel throughout assigned sales territory in the East (USA).

What you will do

  • Provide technical validation of Cato’s AI Security solutions to prospects and partners.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Present solutions to customers and at field events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners during evaluations and deployments.
  • Communicate feedback, feature requests, and technical insights to Product Management.
  • Stay current on AI security trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or technical pre-sales professional.
  • Experience selling or supporting Cybersecurity SaaS solutions, preferably in enterprise or channel-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in SaaS platforms and APIs, AI/Machine Learning concepts and risks, REST APIs, SSO, IAM, identity-based security, SIEM, security analytics, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Kubernetes.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned sales territory as required.

  • Startup experience preferred.
