Customer Activation Manager (Fintech): Project manages the thorough implementation and onboarding of new strategic enterprise customers, ensuring successful launches and product utilization, with an accent on strategic consulting, understanding customer workflows, and driving initial revenue. Focus on executing complex technology transformation projects, managing multiple workstreams, and partnering with product teams to prioritize customer feedback.

Location: This role is primarily for U.S.-based full-time employees but also offers Remote (Canada). Relocation support is available for New York City or San Francisco.

Salary: $139,300–$263,900

What you will do

  • Project manage the complete implementation and onboarding of new Strategic Enterprise customers.
  • Execute program management for successful launches across top-tier accounts, partnering with sales, technical, product, and engineering teams.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, guiding customers through hirify.global setup and best practices.
  • Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and priorities to showcase tailored solutions.
  • Drive initial product utilization and revenue by ensuring timely implementation and continuous value proposition.
  • Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for hirify.global’s products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation, activation, or customer success in a B2B organization.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships with numerous stakeholders.
  • Proven track record running complex technology transformation projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong discovery and expectation management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering for feedback and troubleshooting.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience with Accounting Software (e.g., Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and/or Accounting (CPA).
  • Experience implementing a nascent product to an Enterprise.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
