Head of Delivery & Customer Success (PropTech, AI): Ensuring hirify.global customers achieve measurable value from software implementation through long-term adoption and expansion, with an accent on orchestrating complex enterprise implementations and building scalable delivery and customer success strategy. Focus on managing senior client stakeholders, systematizing product feedback, and driving measurable business outcomes for growth.

Location: Hybrid in Zurich, Switzerland or Munich, Germany. Swiss or EU citizenship is required.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations and program governance.
  • Define and roll out a global Customer Success strategy and playbook.
  • Build scalable first and second-level support processes and tools.
  • Partner with Sales Key Account Leads for joint account success and expansion.
  • Oversee technical configurations, data migration, and integrations with client systems.
  • Ensure systematic product feedback loops from delivery insights to product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or digital-transformation delivery/customer success.
  • Experience leading delivery and success teams for large enterprise clients.
  • Background in Proptech, Real Estate Technology, Enterprise Software, or Consulting.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven commercial awareness and experience building playbooks and teams in early-stage SaaS.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Swiss or EU citizenship required.
