Focus on consulting on high impact digital business topics, navigating large distributed organizations, and leveraging data for portfolio performance.

What you will do
- Develop trusted relationships with operational sponsors and C-level contacts, advising on digital business topics.
- Build data-driven success plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Drive renewals and collaborate with Sales to build upsell strategies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Proactively leverage data to measure portfolio performance and manage critical situations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, sharing feedback.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a high-touch enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting position.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships, including with C-level executives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Digital Solutions, Analytics (ideally Product Analytics), A/B testing, and Data businesses.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales organizations.
- Structured working approach, ability to manage multiple priorities.
