TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end licensing and cloud renewal execution for Education customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell cloud solutions.
  • Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, demonstrating ROI.
  • Acquire new customers by acting on digital inbound leads and handling requests professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and partners to ensure compliant and high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene in sales tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a high-volume environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and solution-based selling.
  • Experience handling customer-facing interactions and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using CRM or sales tracking tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in licensing, renewals, customer acquisition, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts, subscription models, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in Education sector sales or public sector sales environments.
  • Ability to interpret customer digital signals, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
