What you will do

• Account for the entire project lifecycle on digital projects, managing multidisciplinary teams from Strategy, Research, & AI.
• Lead business development efforts from a delivery perspective and coordinate sales enablement and new business pitch efforts.
• Manage all client communication channels (meetings, workshops, email & documentation) and forums within the project.
• Oversee multiple AI or delivery teams, providing leadership, guidance, and standardized processes.
• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and produce key project management documentation such as project charters and plans.
• Drive development of the AI Project Management discipline, including best practice identification and team mentorship.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in the AI Tech space.
• Demonstrated experience managing, reviewing, and analyzing project scopes, budgets, and resources.
• Proven experience working with and managing multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Superior communication, advanced problem-solving, and excellent documentation skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience working within an agency or design/tech consultancy.
• Ability to architect and implement team-wide digital project and resource management best practices.
