What you will do

• Lead and ensure the successful completion and delivery of complex customer engagements.
• Individually deliver quality deliverables, status reports, and program/project plans.
• Effectively manage program aspects including scope, schedule, financials, risk, quality, and resources.
• Actively participate in regular reviews of high-risk and key engagements.
• Effectively build and leverage customer relationships throughout the presales and delivery process.
• Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer questions or concerns regarding delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in a company similar to hirify.global or within the Financial Services field.
• Past experience managing large, complex engagements with enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with PS Operations and strong ability to drive delivery management.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI, Data Management, and big data technologies.
• Experience working with PSA tools.
