What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation programs for customers, ensuring timely onboarding.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Monitor and measure key implementation metrics like time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global's implementation processes and product capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a program manager or project manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and experience driving successful customer implementations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts at a high level (i.e. integration and data migration).

- Familiarity with hirify.global, Zendesk, or similar customer messaging / customer support platforms.
