TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, USA). Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required. Expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $109,400–$130,613 (Greater Chicago Area base salary range).

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation programs for customers, ensuring timely onboarding.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Monitor and measure key implementation metrics like time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global's implementation processes and product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a program manager or project manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and experience driving successful customer implementations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts at a high level (i.e. integration and data migration).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global, Zendesk, or similar customer messaging / customer support platforms.
