What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation, translating requirements into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Proactively manage account health, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize business processes and design efficient workflows.
• Drive the adoption of hirify.global AI and custom workflow Agents, delivering new AI automations.
• Serve as a technical partner, connecting adoption to business value and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to product, engineering, and support teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of hirify.global platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
• Exceptional skills in workflow analysis, process design, and consultative discovery.
• Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines, including structured account plans.
• Comfort using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
• Strong customer engagement skills, executive presence, and communication abilities.
• Work authorization for the United States of America is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
