TL;DR

Inside Sales Account Manager: Investigating customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions, building sales strategies, and supporting partners with an accent on customized solutions and strong partnerships. Focus on developing regional partner relationships, driving attendance at promotional activities, and analyzing channel program eligibility.

Location: Onsite in Irvine, California, USA. This role requires daily in-person attendance.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Investigate and analyze customer needs to recommend proper camera solutions and product comparisons.
  • Build sales strategies and initiatives that align with customer long-term growth plans.
  • Function as the key liaison between Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and HQ departments.
  • Assist with system design and act as the primary inside contact for partners in the region.
  • Proactively work with partners to develop strong relationships and assist with their growth.
  • Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance at trade shows, seminars, and other promotional sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales position, with technical sales experience a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a charismatic disposition.
  • Solid technical skills, including an understanding of networking infrastructure.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and effectively motivate.
