What you will do
- Serve as the Strategic Lead for marketing operations in the NAM region, providing technical expertise on the martech stack.
- Oversee and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
- Administer and maintain Marketo, designing workflows, nurtures, and advanced reporting solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Document and implement process enhancements to streamline campaign execution and marketing operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal departments to align systems, tools, and data strategies, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
- Marketo Certified Expert (required) or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field, or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and managing marketing automation platforms.
- Proven expertise in creating strategic, scalable, and impactful marketing workflows in Marketo.
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including workflows, segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) and Tableau.
- Experience working in regional roles, particularly in North America (NAM).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
