What you will do
- Independently lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from problem definition through execution and iteration.
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle strategies for complex customer journeys, including multi-stakeholder audiences.
- Analyze performance data using SQL and dashboards to generate insights and inform growth strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Martech, and Creative to build and maintain project roadmaps.
- Contribute to the evolution of lifecycle growth infrastructure, including data foundations and experimentation frameworks.
- Use AI to uplevel and automate work across strategy, asset development, deployment, and analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in a B2C product environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with SQL proficiency required.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with AI in automating strategic and operational tasks.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear, structured communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working on marketing or growth initiatives for families, teens, or multi-user accounts.
- Familiarity with regulated, trust-sensitive, or age-restricted products (e.g., fintech, education, healthcare).
- Experience designing lifecycle journeys that balance trust-building, education, and product adoption.
