TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Diego, CA, requiring in-office attendance Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $174,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and attainment by monitoring performance, identifying risks, and executing corrective actions.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of SDR talent, reducing time-to-productivity through structured development.
  • Analyze performance data (activity, conversion rates, pipeline) to diagnose gaps and translate insights into measurable actions.
  • Coach and manage SDR performance through regular 1:1s, call coaching, role playing, and feedback.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to improve lead quality, routing, and campaign performance.
  • Operationalize SDR best practices, including process optimization, tooling adoption, and consistent execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or high-growth technology sales experience.
  • 2+ years managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop early-career sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to interpret performance data and recognize trends.
  • Comfortable evaluating experiments and changes to process, messaging, or targeting using measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Nooks, Sendoso, UserGems, Clay.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in San Diego, CA (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
