What you will do
- Drive consistent pipeline generation and attainment by monitoring performance, identifying risks, and executing corrective actions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of SDR talent, reducing time-to-productivity through structured development.
- Analyze performance data (activity, conversion rates, pipeline) to diagnose gaps and translate insights into measurable actions.
- Coach and manage SDR performance through regular 1:1s, call coaching, role playing, and feedback.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to improve lead quality, routing, and campaign performance.
- Operationalize SDR best practices, including process optimization, tooling adoption, and consistent execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or high-growth technology sales experience.
- 2+ years managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop early-career sales professionals.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to interpret performance data and recognize trends.
- Comfortable evaluating experiments and changes to process, messaging, or targeting using measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Nooks, Sendoso, UserGems, Clay.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to work hybrid in San Diego, CA (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
