TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business by creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow ups, networking, and attending events with an accent on personalized campaigns and strategic research. Focus on collaborating with Account Executives, SDR Leadership, and Enablement teams to identify best practices and share learnings.

Location: Must be available to work from the San Francisco office every Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $74,000 - $112,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

  • Drive new business by creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow ups, networking, and attending events.
  • Target and convert key accounts using personalized campaigns and strategic research.
  • Develop a strong understanding of hirify.global’s product offerings to support discovery calls and evaluation cycles with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, SDR Leadership, and Enablement teams to identify best practices and share learnings.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record of consistent success across various academics, athletics, work, or internships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented settings.
  • High level of curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
  • You have a track record of taking initiative, proactively solving problems, and driving measurable impacts.
  • Must be available to work from the San Francisco office every Tuesday through Thursday.

Nice to have

  • Proven ability to build and manage pipelines in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience experimenting with and improving sales processes using data and analytics.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales tools, systems, and processes.
