Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Proactively perform outbound prospecting and manage lead activity to qualify potential customers.
  • Discover opportunities from leads and set appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to secure qualified appointments.
  • Provide high-level introductions to hirify.global's Open Source Software (OSS) and Cloud solutions.
  • Leverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions and engagement.
  • Log, track, and maintain all outbound activity and work closely with the Sales Team.
  • Define and iterate on processes as an architect of a growing team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in prospecting roles.
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient with PC, Spreadsheet software, Salesforce.com, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in positions with accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
