TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Driving new opportunities through outbound efforts and qualifying inbound leads for enterprise software solutions with an accent on pipeline growth and articulating value to C-level executives. Focus on profiling key accounts, prospecting via multiple channels, and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Hybrid (US). This role is for our US Boston based team, with salary ranges determined for all US locations.

Salary: $50,000–$78,000

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting via phone, email, social, and video channels.
  • Profile and penetrate key accounts, prospecting at C-level, VP, and Director levels.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads, creating qualified opportunities with the sales team.
  • Effectively articulate the value of the solution to both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Participate in campaign and event follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Passionate and driven to excel, with a fast-learning and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality capable of driving pipeline activity over the phone.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.

  • Software sales experience.
